My Testimonial

Throughout my undergraduate career at UofL, I have had a growing passion for helping those around me. This passion has led me to the decision to follow a pre-med track that hopefully takes me to medical school. That road will be long and hard, and financial burdens are often the tipping point for many students struggling to balance all the difficulties. This scholarship will be a massive stepping stone in my furthering my education by being able to worry less about burdens and more on my education that hopefully allows me to one day give back through medicine. Sigma Chi has been instrumental in instilling this drive through our core values and beliefs. When a freshman, it was my pledge brothers and consul that always had my back and pushed me to better myself into the person I am now and continue to strive to be.
