Thank you to all the donors that help provide undergraduate brothers of Sigma Chi this amazing opportunity for financial scholarships. As a man with high ambition my goal of becoming a medical doctor will take many years of schooling all of which will cost a tremendous amount of money. As I get more and more involved in Sigma Chi and the Ripon College community I have less time to work my part time job as a Certified Nursing Assistant which is how I have paid for tuition thus far. The money I receive from this scholarship will go directly towards tuition costs reliving some of the pressure to take out more student loans. I have much to be grateful for when it comes to the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Through the encouragement of values based leadership I have grown in my abilities to work with others and make a difference in the world around me. Keeping a focus on the Sigma Chi values constantly reminds of how important it is to focus on the little things. The world can see when you live your life by these simple but powerful values. I hope to one day be as generous as the donors who make this scholarship possible. I cannot you all enough for this opportunity.
