My Testimonial

Hello Sigma Chi donors. My name is Colin Keaveney, and I am a rising senior at the University of Pittsburgh and current Kustos of the Beta Theta Chapter of Sigma Chi. I would like to express my gratitude for being selected for the Donald E. Walker Memorial Academic Scholarship. When I began my pledging to Sigma Chi at Pitt, the organization was at ground zero. I am proud to be one of the first 14 members of the now newly re-instated Beta Theta Chapter on campus. It was four hard working semesters as an associate chapter to become eligible for re-instatement. We got rechartered in April 2024 and this is my first semester as an official chapter. I have learned so much throughout my semesters in this organization and cannot thank you all enough for giving back to the current undergraduates with these generous scholarships. I look forward to being able to give back to future undergraduates because of your generosity in helping my academic career.
